Sarah's can make your event green

Sarah’s Catering has experience creating
environmentally friendly events for up to 500
people.
We start by preparing your menu with local
and/or organic ingredients grown in a
sustainable manner whenever possible. There
are certain menus choices we offer that are
imported so how green your wedding is will
depend on some choices you make.
Beyond that, all the waste from the
preparation process and your event will be
recycled or composted at a local farm.
We provide reusable platters, tableware
and/or serving dishes or have completely
biodegradable tableware and serving dishes if
that is what your event calls for.
We have also made a large commitment to
improve our restaurants energy and water use
with several improvements to lower our energy
demand. If having a green event is important
to you we are happy to work closely with you
to make it happen.
